Responsibilities
- Have excellent knowledge of our platform from the user point of view
- Assist customers of our platform via email and phone
- Interact with customers in a polite and respectable manner
About you
- Advanced written and verbal English
- You are sympathetic and caring
- Desire and ability to learn new things quickly
- Customer care experience is a big plus
