Product description
Our product is a multi-modular e-commerce platform, which consists of complex real-time pricing system, inventory synchronization system, warehousing system, affiliate module with millions of daily requests, big data storage with info on 10M+ products and other components.
Responsibilities
- Market and competitor research
- Analysis of user feedback and product metrics
- Finding product growth opportunities
- Designing and conducting research to test hypotheses (surveys, interviews, experiments, A/B tests)
- Explore and facilitate adding new feature, from idea to test solution
- Writing tasks for designers and development
About you
- 2 or more years of experience with international IT product management (SaaS, e-commerce is a strong plus)
- Product analytics skill (you know how to compile a report in GA4 or formulate a clear request for the analyst department)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong technical skills, ability to communicate with software engineering teams in their language
- Successful user research experience
- Advanced English reading/writing
